The House at Frunzenskaya project reflects the very best experience of its designers.
The exterior was designed by A-Architects and RETRO studio experts.
The location of the complex emphasizes the balance of the classic and the modern style: located at a stone’s throw from the historic center of the city, the project is at the same time a part of a modern quarter near Frunzenskaya metro station and is directly connected to the main transport arteries of the city.
The planning structure was developed by ARUD Limited experts from London under the principle of the supreme convenience and makes use of every single metre of space. The upper floors accommodate large apartments with panoramic windows and views of the city center.
The engineering solutions of the project make use of modern Finnish, German and Italian technologies.
The house has been put into commission.
