New premium class residential complex from AAG Holding Company will be built at 41-43, 12th Line, Vasilievsky Island
With the total area of more than 20,000 m2, the complex will incorporate: 15,000 m2 of apartments and a 5,000 m2 hotel. The building with a variable number of floors (five to seven) will also include a residential attic storey. The project will feature the format of apartments innovative for the Saint Petersburg market.
The project follows the concept of a ‘car-free yard’, which involves a closed courtyard area with forest trees and European style landscape, as well as a developed infrastructure for future residents. The architectural look of the project is designed by Liphart Architects bureau.
The 19th century historic building on the adjacent plot is the mansion of E. E. Bremme It will be reconstructed at the initiative and expense of AAG Holding Company. This object of cultural heritage is notable for the fact that it is one of the two wooden architectural monuments preserved on Vasilievsky Island.
